(CRWE.OB) announced that its subsidiary Crown Tele Services Inc. has entered into a letter of intent with AVIX Technologies, Inc., which sets forth terms by which AVIX Technologies, Inc. will acquire an exclusive licensing agreement for Canada and a non-exclusive global licensing agreement in the hospitality, foodservice and tourism industries for telecommunications including VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) telecom technology systems for residential and commercial services, calling card and cellular phone applications.




Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), is a technology that allows you to make voice calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line.
