Net sales were $4.1 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2012, compared with $2.2 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2011. Aehr Test Systems reported net income of $124,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, in the first quarter of fiscal 2012, compared to a net loss of $1.5 million, or $0.17 per diluted share, in the first quarter of fiscal 2011. Aehr Test Systems' net income for first quarter fiscal 2012 included a gain of $990,000 from the sale of its investment in ESA Electronics PTE Ltd.
